Last night was a tiring and emo night. Hmm, after 4 years in the Council, I found that I didn't voice up much, so as the council members. The reason for not voicing up was revealed last night. The main reason is the more the opinions, the more the not so constructive feedback.
Dear my seniors, please, listen and think, let go of your past, *sorry* I didn't see any of your achievement in your past. I admit that you're all potential and capable leaders, and you can do better than the young ones a lot, but you did not show any intention or history that you've bring the team/company to achieve the BB object.

Think, what were we doing, and what are we doing.
I choose not to voice up because I don't like arguements. It's not that I choose to argue, but it's that people couldn't guard their mouth wisely and choose to argue with me. I'm quiet, maybe because I don't have a good listener around me, both in and out of the home.
